Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They come during my office time when no one at home. Asked to take from their office which is supposed to open at 11 am. But when i reached there even at 12 o clock office was closed. I had to wait 1 hr for the parcel . The office opened at 1 pm. And close at 7 pm. Very bad service.
