Embassy Restaurant Connaught Place Delhi

Fraudlent Embassy restaurant We visited Embassy restaurant around 7.30pm on Monday, 5th sept. We ordered a drink and some soup/eats. After some time my husband ordered a repeat through the floor manager (Rawat) but the drink was not served for over 15 minutes. Post waiting and calling out, we were attended by a different waiter (Pancham) and asked him to get us the drink we had ordered. We got a bit suspicious seeing the behaviour of the waiter who was going from one counter to another but not serving us. When we asked him the number of drink and he immediately said "this is no 3". When we challenged and asked for the floor manager, he said he was away (though we could see him on the first floor). After we raised our voice and said we want to see the CCTV, the floor manager came down. He first said he will check and then started apologising by saying they must have made a mistake in the number of drinks served at our table.

This is one of the oldest restaurants in Connaught Place, sevring multi-cuisine. The Dal Meat, the Malai Kofta and the Chicken Supreme continue to be the favourites among regulars. Although the food isn't really top notch, Embassy pulls in a decent crowd, probably more out of nostalgia

I suggest .........................chicken shashlik,Chicken Steak sizzler & Fried Mutton cutles with vegetables................very diffrent cusines, reasonable pricing!
