I have installed my security door lock with camera in July 2017 and faced some issue with door lock. I lodged complaint (No. 2000216787) on 25th October and till today (17th November) made at least 50 calls to managers and complaint no and nothing happens. Simply I am getting dates from them and every time same tune " I AM SORRY SIR".<br/>I have purchased the system with high hope but VERY POOR SERVICE.

We purchased a video door phone plus lock system from eurovigil (Ram Murthy Nagar). They were very good at the demo and pushed hard on the sale. Once the sale was done, they took ONE month to get it fully commissioned. The installation service was very poor ,having untrained technical people and support personnel. They installed a door lock without a carpenter and made holes in the door with screwdrivers instead of using chisels and drills. The electrician they sent over was thoroughly incompetent and they had to send over another person who again did an untidy shoddy job. When they finally declared that they had commissioned it they just put the blame on the fact that we should have gotten a carpenter if we wanted it any better and that they don't have carpenters etc. But they are happy to charge 4000Rs for installation for plugging in the system effectively which i could have done. Atleast they should have told us upfront that they need a carpenter electrician etc that they can then direct. They try to do it themselves and then tell us we cant do this, by then they've created irreparable damage to the door and it looks so ugly. A month later the power supply to the lock dies and we've had a tough time getting them down here again to look at it. They finally came and took the power supply back to replace it. Now 4 months down the road we're still without a system. They might have a good product but the end system depends on commissioning which we found to be very poor. If we had to arrange a carpenter electrician, everything, then might as well have bought a lock and camera etc from cheaper sources and installed it ourselves. I will personally never buy another eureka forbes product, at least not one that requires installation.

We wanted to install Burglar Alarm at our office and Eureka Forbes have given us a professional deal right from the quotation to the installation and they also guided us on the usage of the product.

I am a happy customer of Eureka Forbes their service has been polite, efficient and responsive.I purchased 8 CCTV camera's along with DVR systems from them at a very good rate and they showed me the demo of the product as well thanks a lot.

Security being the most mandatory demand of the day we wanted to go in for a CCTV for our residence and this is when we had contacted Eurovigil - Eureka Forbes Ltd and the business were very kind enough to have come on site to suggest the place to install and the type that would be suitable to us. We have now purchased and are very happy with the security
