As I wanted to purchase AC. I have bought it from Fair Deal Arcade Dhantoli, Nagpur. They have been very kind and considerate towards us in suggesting the best brand AC.They have wide range and variety of AC.We are glad that we have got the good one.I am satisfied with this service.They have approached me well in brand selection, their way of product features explanation is good.I am really happy with the way of approach.

One of the worst shop in Nagpur. Make fake deals for sale and once sale has been made back out of promises they made. I bought gyser couple of days back. When I was buying they promised me to get it delivered in a day and then installed following day. Also I was assured that there would not be any extra cost for installation. However product came after 2 days and multiple calls I made. More over product sent was wrong one. I bought 15 ltr gyser they sent me 10 l. When I called for replacement they said it would be exchanged right away but happened next day again after multiple calls. Further they asked me for delivery charges which wasn't mentioned earlier. Then on 5th day installation guys came in who mentioned that installation would cost 800. I would recommend to buy product online as they would cost you far lesser. gyser I bought was available for Rs 5500 but as it takes a week to deliver and then few more days to get installed I payed Rs6700 so that it would be done in couple of d

a worst enterprises to deal and service, be aware to purchase actually I suggest to not purchase any item from this enterprise, after purchasing ac they charged extra for delivery, installation even it was included. 15 days after purchasing no installation, no customer followup.....my foot...

worst service ever got from an appliance dealer!!<br/>these people have given fake contact numbers on bill. was in trouble from the day of purchase till delivery of product which took them more than 48 hrs to deliver within an area of 10 kms and that too after calling them more than 20 times in a day!!
