My name is Abhishek Dey and a consumer of Five Network DSL broadband through a franchisee in Pune called as Speedway Solutions from last month. My profile username:gputoaster. I had taken this connection at my home with Plan id as FUP25 at the rate of 1600 per month which was deposited at the time of installation. I am writing this review out of agony and pain that I have experienced from this Franchisee and Five network technical team that you all should know what has happened. Speedway lead by a Parmeshwar (contact no.: +919822683115) installed this connection on 25th May, 2013. My plan ended on 24th of June, 2013 as the Prepaid limit specifies as 30 Days. On 24th my internet connection was inactivated, so I had to call this man back. He answers me this: "Since I did not call him or SMS him, he did not come to collect the money, so he assumed that I won’t be using the internet anymore. On top of this Permeshwar furthers conveys that he won’t be collecting money unless rain stops or when he feels to collect at his ease." Upon this shameless statement, I had to put Five networks technical person "Ranjeet" on conference, but he refused to help. Furthermore, this man, Permeshwar was to provide me an initial receipt of installation charges + plan charges day after the installation: I paid him - 1600 for Plan Charges (as mentioned on Plan sheet) + 500 for Installation. After a month, that is today he provided me the receipt of: 1300 for Plan charges + 500 of installation. Is this Correct? Let me know. How this man is running business when he can’t create a proper invoice with proper amount, God knows or Five network team only knows! I further doubt the receipt he has provided me today is fake and the whole business is out of control. If you still plan to take this connection, Remember you have to Beg these buggers to make them activate your monthly plan, because these stupid guys. This review is for PUNE people, please avoid internet from these people. You can never say, I didn’t Warn you. Don’t let your hard earned money to get away like this.

I have taken Five network broadband connection and I am paying Rs 300 per month.I am getting 512kbps seed with unlimited downloading.I am really happy with the services.

I am facing some problem in this cable internet service some time,they are giving me 512kbps with unlimited service and they had charged Rs1000 for installation and the monthly charges is different,the speed is good,but the connectivity is average.

Its a broadband connection which I've been using from Five Network, monthly charges are Rs.450. The downloading speed is 256 Kbps and I am satisfied of using it.

I am content with the service of Five Network cable internet who is giving me speed of 150kpbs and it is a unlimited service,I am paying Rs550 for prepaid connection,it is a good and fast service.

Broadband internet I am using of Five Network,the speed is 1.5mbps for unlimited service and the charges for this plan is Rs700,It is a good service.
