This was my first time that I had any Comp issue, and this one moment has left me baffled, as I asked the most trusted site Sulekha to provide me assistance, and I chose to give my issue to Fortune Comp one of the worst costumer service I have ever came across, I bought a Lenovo Yoga and had some issue logging in, as My sis forgot the password to open the comp, and I was told by the gentlemen who came to my residence and picked up my comp, and took it for a day, I waited tirelessly for the entire day I made the effort to call and check I was given different versions of the story that the work has been done installation is required and things, as I received the comp and here I see nothing is done on top of that I am facing an new issue its asking me to reboot and restart I don't know what have these people done, I'm very upset and I don't know what I should be doing as they don't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone and answer my query I'm looking forward to lodge a complaint to the Consumer Cell and and take these people down, please guys Beware of this company as they have no clue what they are doing.....Rathan....

In my HCL laptop, keyboard keys stopped functioning. I have contacted this service centre. They have replaced the keyboard and took around Rs.2,000. Their service was average as still the problem exist.
