Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Want to share my frustrating experience with this school to help other parents make an informed decision about their child's safety and education. My daughter attended for only two days, yet I paid ?45,000, none of which is refundable. Despite multiple attempts to address concerns with the director, Ms. Sangeeta, she was unavailable during scheduled meetings on April 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Only after I threatened to revoke my daughter's admission did she finally speak to me. What happened on April 7th made my decision clear: a child had walked out of the school unnoticed and was found on a busy road, while staff had no idea where the child was. My concerns also included my child sweating in an air-conditioned classroom, lack of lessons beyond "A for Apple," unclean toilets, and unsafe drinking water. When I requested a refund, the school refused. I’ve now enrolled my daughter at Ram Ratna, where she is much safer. I hope the money I paid is used to improve security for other kids.

Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service

not safe for kids. My son got injured twice. also pls be careful dont pay any advance. they will make you run from pillar to post for refund.
