I had a very bad experience of Ganga Travels. As I booked online ticket from Agra to Delhi. When I boarded into the bus then I came to know that this bus is carring a Tour from delhi to Agra and Vice Versa. Then one Guide was there to address the passenger that this bus will go to Mathura and vrandavan and will stay for 4-5 hours there. I shocked to hear becoz I had to go delhi urgently. I was unaware about this online fraud. Becoz Ganga travel did not mention on internet that they will take stopage in between agra to delhi. I had to take another bus for delhi. Kindly do not book ur seat through Ganga Travels Paharganj Delhi.

Very late.the bus stopped at all possible stops,and God knows where not. The staff talk in Punjabi, passengers being Hindi speaking. Never take dis bus.
