GINEET is dedicated to provide the best education in rural zones or small townships where reaching the quality education is a challenge. GINEET is happy to announce its first rural branch in Ratnagiri to help aspirants in various medical courses for their preparation of All India medical entrance exam NEET. Being focused on NEET only, GINEET is all set to provide best teachers from all over India here in Ratnagiri with excellent quality study material, online digital enhancement tools (DET’s) and Coaching system with the workflow that has been proved to be most successful all over India in the education city of KOTA. It has been observed that students from all over India including those in small villages and townships in Maharashtra always dream to enter prestigious institutes in Kota for NEET preparations. However the distance, food and safety issues and the cost of education as well as living becomes the block. Also pandemic situation in 2020 has made is very unsafe for students to travel over 1200 km changing the state borders. GINEET will provide the solution for all these problems simply by creating the best alternative in the port city of Ratnagiri situated in the heart of Konkan. The Institute will have its own stay facility for students incoming from various cities and towns all over Konkan region including the capital cities like Mumbai and Thane. The institute will prefer the students from Konkan belt of Maharashtra only and surrounding regions for operational reasons. Live Online classes will be conducted till physical lectures resume. (All the students will be given refund in fees @ Rs.1000/- per month for the period of online lectures as the overhead cost of institution is reduced. Also this will help the parents a little to bare the cost of good speed Internet facility. This amount will be returned only at the payment of the full fees or last fees installment.) • Temperature screening will be done for each student every day while entering the premises. • Regular health check up will be performed by the Institute ( non invasive only) • Student can attend the lecture from home in case of health issues or any other issues with prior permission from the management on Online mode. (Each lecture will be conducted in camera with live screening. No recorded lectures will be published) • Student will have to go through basic health screening after returning from long vacations/leaves by Institution’s assigned doctor. • Basic Mediclaim insurance will be provided by the Institution to resident students Included in the fees. Residence • Boarding facility will be provided to the residential students with separate charges. • Flats/rooms will be provided on sharing basis with attached bathroom and adequate and descent facilities. Facilities will include but not limited to o A Bunk Bed o Fan and illumination o Chair and the table o Cupboard o Drinking water o Adequate charging points/ sockets • Student may opt to stay with the local guardian after adequate documentation and communication with the institute. However, in such situation waving off of the fees may be done by the institution on case to case basis. • Each student will have to pay Hostel Deposit of Rs. 5000/- at the time of admission that will be refunded at the time of deboarding. • Food / mess will be made available. Separate charges to be paid to the mess operator directly. • Cooking will be allowed in the hostel room on own responsibility. Use of any electric equipment for cooking is prohibited. • Common washing machine will be made available. Transport: • Transport will be provided to resident students to visit the college and examination centre. • The fees is inclusive of Transport charges Library: • Library is the heart of GINEET. Each student has to spend at least 2 hours in the library every day. Students usage of the library will be closely monitored by the management and teachers. • Students will carry their own allotted books and will also get access to library reference books. • NCERT textbooks along with state board books will be available • Reference books from Indian and foreign authors will also be made available. • Students should seek help from the teacher to access the books. • Library will be open from morning 5.00 am to evening 11.00 pm. Any GINEET student will be able to use the facility.
