Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior

I worked at [Genius Placement Service], and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. I encountered two major problems during my time there, both of which were never properly addressed. Firstly, the company failed to pay my salary on time, and even after numerous attempts to resolve the issue, it remained unresolved. This lack of consideration and responsibility towards employees' well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. Secondly, I found the staff to be unhelpful and unresponsive. Whenever I tried to discuss the salary matter or seek assistance with other work-related issues, Worst worst worst ever.

Mr. Nalin Boricha Genius Placements Services came by home and tell me, if your candidate and my company I will give you 50 % of candidate?s consultancy fees. If your company and my candidate you have to give me 50 % of candidate?s consultancy fees. My candidate Mr. Tushar Talpada has joined 13th October 2018 Mr. Nalin Borichas client. Mr. Nalin Boricha has to give me 50% amount after 1 month of joining. He took from company, he did not give me. I have done many calls but He did not pickup phone calls. Mr. Nalin Boricha is cheater and fraud person. He is not giving any payment to freelancing people. Freelancing people is doing work hard and he is not paying their fees. He is cheating with many people. Some one has lost more than lac. rupees.

Very bed service & don't trust on genius placement service (Nalin sir) & very frod service

Never trust Genius Placement. They are not trust worthy. Quality is not good. They are not doing proper pre-screning. We are planning to take legal actions against Genius Placement so they don't repeat same kind of mistakes with others.
