I had bought eSSl K20 Biometric T&A item online from amazon in April 2016. It cames only with the unit and no battery. If you go on the 'essl' company's website, it says that any product bought online will not be given any services and I didn't know that before. So for the installation I had to call that company many many times and it was a big hassle. Then after many days of requesting them for installation they sent a company guy who charged me extra for the software activation and also to teach me how to use it. Per computer activation charges were Rs. 700 including software and any subsequent visits by the said company's person will be chargeable @ Rs. 1500/-. I went through a lot of problems, then i got this GenX contact through Just dial, sam had thought me easy as understandable supported morethan i expected. Learned to use the software myself and able to implement it in my factory some times if any doubts he clarifies without hesitation and pay. Overall experience was very bad

We got Biometric attn machine with door control. Installation done superb. No damage and wiring all covered. we got an good vendor. Tks GenX

Absolutely perfect turned up on time completed the installation quicker than expected. Intercom is perfect for our needs and all functions fully explained by Sam. Having other CCTV and door lock security system done by him in a couple of weeks. Would recommend 100%.
