Pathetic and irresponsible staff. I purchased appliance 4 days back, till now it is not delivered. Called them multiple times, they will say they will call back, which never happens. I have decided never to purchase anything from Girias.

Sharing my personal experience with Girias store at BEL circle, Bangalore. Bought LG TV 49 inch 4 k UHD TV in october 17 because i was told there is 10% cash back, till date there is no cash back or any response from them. Its totally fraudulent consumer appliance store- dont trust it. They will just trap you with offers and don't let you take time to decide. I have paid heavy price for going to this store and incurred big loss in paying more price than market price for the product. Please don't get fooled.

Purchased Two Ac from this shop, The demo's and the customer's approaches are average only in this center, The customer satisfaction is up to my expectation, I preferred a Split Ac 1.5 ton Daikin Brand, They provided an expected one, The cost of the Ac is 102000 including the installation charges, overall their response and service are average.

Bought the V-Guard Voltage Stabilizer for residential purpose at this Electronics, their service and response is very nice, for they quoted the Voltage Stabilizer cost of 4500 only so I'm satisfied for purchased the Stabilizer at this Electronics
