Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I had a very bad experience at this PG. The food quality was extremely poor and unhygienic — I even found a cockroach in my food, which was very disturbing. The cleaning service was not maintained properly, and the overall hygiene was disappointing. The owner's behavior was also rude and unprofessional, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and safe living environment.

Personally, I would never suggest anyone to stay in this PG. I had a very bad experience with the owner. He is literally an asshole who doesn't have any idea how to behave and talk to the tenant. If you complain about the lack of facility he will threaten you to be dragged out of the building, even he will threaten you of life. First, they will trick you with the fake facility like a fridge, 3-time good food, laundry, and hygiene bathroom by holding 2 months rent on the first day of check-in. They will make you sign the paper that this 2 months' rent will not ever be refunded in any case whether you live 2 days or 10 days. They say that they will provide 3 times food but the reality is that they will give you 2 times and in such a way that you were a prisoner. 3 chapati and sabji in the morning, 2 chappati, sabji and rice in the evening. You cant take extra food as they start to scold you in the Gujarati language. They will ask you to pay Rs. 1000 more if you ask them for lunch. (Afte
