Purchased HP laptop spending almost 75000/- from global net vasai and it got hanged within 4/5 hours of starting the laptop. Inspite of several complaints and follow up there is no response either from HP or global net . Only assurance that person from company will come and look into the matter. It’s been almost 8 working days now whereas I was promised that my problem will be solved within 2 working day.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

The service people are worst. Just want to get money from customers, they did not even fix my HP laptop properly. It is again dead in just 3-4 hours. I had to visit with my 2 kids. Gave my laptop on saturday, was asked to visit on tuesday to collect laptop. On visiting they asked to come on wednesday. After some arguments they gave laptop same day (tuesday). After 3-4 hours laptop was dead. I was asked to visit again to get it fixed. They do not care and want to harass. Just need money money and money. Not even 1 star. Also charging more for products.

THEY COST YOU 7000 FOR A SCREEN REPLACEMENT AND ONLY 2 MONTHS WARRANTY IS GIVEN NORMAL SCREEN REPLACEMENT COSTS 2000-3000 MAX PLEASE DON'T VISIT THEM THEY ARE LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS

In my assembled desktop computer I have been facing motherboard related issues, so I have approached this service center, within a day they have replaced the motherboard and fixed the issue, in that they have charged me Rs.4500. I am impressed with their quick and perfect service. <br/>

There was speaker problem in my laptop so I repaired through this service center . It was in warranty period and they took 15 mins to sort it out . Their response was mind blowing . The executive was professional and knowledgeable . I am glad by their work .
