Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Pathetic company. Pula Harish Babu needs just the money. The cleaner they send would damage many things at your home in the name of cleaning. Stay away!

Worst Experience, that I had. Had booked for a Disinfection Service from UC, for 16th Nov 2020, 9:30am and was assigned - Golden Home Cleaning Services on 15th Nov, and the person called from GHC and confirmed his arrival on 15th. I was waiting on 16th ( I had to ensure that the patients are not there in the clinic for the next 2 - 3 hours, and had planned accordingly). No one turns up at 9:30, and when called GHC, he says he is still in office, and when asked that he was supposed to be at the location by 9:30, he responded rudely, and said, I will "not" come and asked me to contact UC help center. UC app has no number to call, and when asked for help, auto-response says, I will get a cal back in 60min; ridiculous. Not only I need a refund from UC, but also they need to compensate for the time wasted, cost of rescheduling the patients.
