I Need AMC Service for my Water purifier This service provider contacted to me and done the service.Service was very poor because it again facing some problem so I am not satisfied with their service.

Purchased ro water purifier from this vendor where the cost was very modest rate .they did demo for the product. They have given warranty period. Sales person showed me different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor

Worst service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They took Rs.7000/- as AMC from me in the month of May' 2016 to provider service for 1 year. But, each time I report an issue with the device, they are troubling me to provide necessary service in time. The recent issue happened on Thursday, 29th Dec '2016, my water purifier was not working and I registered a complaint with them. After multiple follow-up calls, their executive visited my place on Friday, 30th Dec '2016. He said their is one spare which wasn't available with him, so, he will come back on Saturday, 31st Dec '2016 to fix the machine. From Saturday, till today we are calling the executive and he is not attending my call. When called to their office, everyday they are saying it will be done today.

These people are the worst ever service provider possible. They eat your money by making you pay AMC and never turn up . Ms suma from this company who is at the call centre is a big fraud who receives

Horrible Service by Good Mineral Ro.<br/>I registered a compliant on 04 Jul 2016 and today is 14 Jul 2016 and still no one has turned up. The contact person Mr Nagesh does not attend calls if you call on his mobile 8497086765 and if he attends he will say that he is at out of station and to call the land line Nos of Good Mineral Ro to register complaint and then the real problem starts for none of their land line No gets attended.....finally if you are lucky for the call to be attended...they will say that a technician will respond in two days time .....but no one will turn up and finally after waiting for a week /10 days, when you call the Kent India customer care No 9278912345, some one will take the call and register a complaint and will inform that a technician will respond within 24 hours. You will only get a lot of smss ....but nothing will happen......My experience so far indicates that KENT Brand of water filter and their agencies/franchises for services/AMC are not RELIABLE.
