I have visited your store at Dwarka. and purchased 6 shirts and two pants. I was told that10% extra membership discount will be paid. But the counter clerk says that membership no. is coming but showing no discount and he directed me to talk to somebody who was sitting on the left side of the entrence gate on the ground floor. That boy was very rude in talk and told me that our advt is wrong and you are wrong no extra discount is being paid. If not discount is to be paid then he might have talked me in a courteous manner. I was coming without purchase but the salesman pursuaded me to purchase. When I saw the receipt VAT was also added to it. When Your displaying in this website also that No Extra Vat. Please let me know what is your advertisement and what your managers are talking and that too very rudely. . Now refund me the extra 10% discount and the Vat amount charged may be given back. P.B.
