Great Eastern Appliances is NOT the same as Great eastern TRADING. They are as different as chalk & cheese. <br/><br/>Stores person talk sweet when making a sale but soon after turn mannerless and behave in a very uncouth manner later on. Their Manager Mr. Abhijit Das is worst of the lot who has absolutely rude manners and does not know how to speak to customers. Wonder how he qualifies as a "manager" with his uncultured manners.<br/><br/>Won't like to step in their store again. I would prefer to go to the real "Great Eastern TRADING" or "Khosla Electronics" who are far more professional in behaviour.

For my office, I bought 3 Nos of split AC from this shop for Rs.75, 000. The brand belongs to Electrolux and Haier. It consumes less power and without any delay they had delivered. Their customer service was excellent as I got on time response. Overall, I had very good experience.
