Hi, I'm Dilmaya Thapa – founder of Grilled & Steamer, a fast-growing QSR brand that began its journey in 2022 in South West Delhi. What started as a dream is now a thriving venture with one takeaway outlet and one dine-in location, serving a loyal and growing customer base. Our USP lies in our authentic, handcrafted momos, paired with crowd-favorite burgers, sandwiches, mojitos, shakes, and a delicious spread of Chinese cuisine. We’re now gearing up to launch Boba tea and continuously explore new flavors to delight our customers. I’m deeply passionate about food innovation and committed to creating a fast food experience that blends authenticity, quality, and speed.
