Worst service. My ordered is still not received.. Also didn't get proper response.. Lost 10000 rs

Upon arrival the staff welcomed us with so much rudeness and glaring at me that i felt nauseated by the face a glaring lady was putting at the entrance on 28/12/2017. We went to gemstone section and there a guy had asked another guy to look after our needs when another person came and told him to go and look for another lady who was wearing modern dress and possibly a north indian and we were kept waiting. We are also decent dressed and not from a poor or any low income family and it should not be that they prefer more rich people to be treated better. I will never again buy or visit GRT because the experience was horrible. On tthe gemstone secton also the lady was showing 2000 rupee gemstone while i was plainning to buy 15000 rupees gemstone and when i told them i need to know the different variety and their rate they simply kept telling this is 2000 and there wont come a cheaper stone. Later on i purchased from Tanishq with 60000 rupees. God knows why we were treated in this way.

Worst jewellery makers I purchased silver diya from them within a week it started leaking. The salesman also confirmed the worst quality of it. No quality no value for money best cheaters in jewellery. Waste of energy and money.

the quality of the gold is too good and the price also not too high compared to other shops, the service they are given to the customer was awesome. Most of the time, I like GRT was they offer special offer and some scheme like monthly plan for gold, that thing was really nice. Overall GRT was good.

They are known for their quality and hospitality. Very good collections availble during their Chain and Bangle mela.
