Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Account no One twelve 32 15467 I had requested Hathway, Thakur village to put my service on hold as I am away for some months. But now I am really angry that every single day I am getting a call from Hathway asking for when will I start the same. Even after telling them repeatedly that I will not be available in Mumbai for few months, they still call up everyday. They don't update their records. It is harassing for the customer. Calls recd from: Raj, Sohaib, Rita Joshi, Praachi, Rahul, Riya, Rohan I appreciate if this issue is sorted out otherwise i will need to complain at police station for harassment.

Every month, 1-2 days, you will experience No Internet issue. There is no proper call centre support. You will always get same answer: that we will solve your problem soon. If by mistake you call the sales person for service, they will cut the call after saying that you call customer support. So I advise don't fall into the trap of "mithi mithi baate" of their sales personal and choose another operator. highly not recommended.

Very very bad service, they do fals promise and then run away after taking your money. I want to give -ve stars.

Bad service not proper working when ask questions they told disconnect your service

Very bad . Need to train employees regarding "Not to tell lie" and improve response time. Understand requisite service engineers are not there. Hence for two days internet problems could not be solved. As of now problems not yet resolved. .

I received call from hathway staff, they told me we are giving you 3+1 month free offer for broadband , plan was for rupees 1767, but I received services for only 3 months, please don't trust on hathway staff member when u receive any call from them, they give false information
