I had a terrible experience in this place 1) the blood drawn was extremely painful. the staff was unprofessional, has food particles in her finger while drawing my blood. did not wear gloves, also while inserting the needle to bone hurt and arm was swollen. she did not pay attention to when I told her how badly it hurt. she kept changing the blood sample bottle and the needle kept pricking me further. Also, I took the platinum test and after paying the bill and leaving the center I realized that 3 of the test were not done. I had to call the center to find out about it. It was communicated to me that an additional test rate would cost Rs 1700 but now I am being charged Rs 3940.
