Dombivali, Maharashtra - Fraud - HITECH COMPUTERS I took a laptop on rent from hi-tech computer (bill attached). He gave it for 2500 pm as there were two medium cracks on both ends of laptop After 6days, I was facing problem while opening laptop due to cracks. Took laptop to him and he directly blamed me for the cracks and asked me to pay for the same or forget the laptop & the money I paid. Feeling helpless! Many customers are defrauded by him (Google reviews) What can a common citizen like me can do in such scenarios rather than feeling completely helpless and defrauded. His straight words to me were - "jo ukhadna hai ukhad le". I told him, that now I cannot trust you more, so please refund my laptop rent for rest of the days.. One of the popular stores for computer purchase and repairs. They have a great variety of products available at their store at reasonable prices. Their service centre is located just opposite to their shop. Staff and owner are knowledgeable and helpful. Parking is an issue here.

Worst shop ever, I made a big mistake by choosing this shop to repair my laptop. Every day he asks me to call tomorrow and he does not even tell what the problem is. He just tells me to call tomorrow that's it, it's really frustrating.

They sell Genuine indian products with complete warranty from service centers."We bought scanner here and price is reasonable here.Customer service is good and happy to purchase here.Am satisfied.
