Miserable worst ever experience and when owner itself is involved its more worse. i took services from high tech cleaning services llp for 2bhk home deep cleaning. The service provided by them was so bad( i have post service pictures and videos) that they offered re service instead of refund. Re service was satisfactory. But owner of this company asked me too pay 300 Rs to his employees for traveling and promised me to refund it via paytm instantly. Now its been 20 days he has not refund the money i have made several calls and messages every time he said doing it in an hour. But still its not done also the owner promised me to refund 450Rs as i took the services in offer period even that is not done. I have all the chats and messages and pictures of the services and promises. This unprofessional from the owner of the company itself. I would request all of you reading this to avoid taking any services from this company. Anyone who wants to know things in detail can call me on 9860590016. I will show how this company works. Pathetic is the word of hightech cleaning solutions.. Disgraceful is the staff. Rude, unprofessional, arrogant staff. The policies are very very poor. I deeply regret using their services. Never ever hire them. Waste of money as well as time. I used their services but i was not satisfied at all. They said they will refund the amount but this never happened. Inspite of numerous followups. They don't even bother to reply after they get money.
