Yoga is a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in Vedic India. Term Yoga means  "to add", "to join", "to unite", or "to attach" in its most common literal sense. Yoga, is a set of exercises and meditative means of discovering dysfunctional perception and cognition, as well as overcoming it for release from suffering, for inner peace and salvation. Following the principles propounded in Patanjali’s Ashtang Yoga Sutras, the Centre provides yoga classes every morning and evening. We are also doing with Meditation.
