I am associated with Holistic Health Yoga for more than 3 month and it has been a great journey and a good learning curve so far. Banish Sir is very helpful and knowledgeable, he designs his class in way that even intermediate and expert level yoga practitioners will feel challenged and can get expected excellent results.

?Relaxed, down to earth and welcoming. Class was challenging but with different options to suit different people. Left feeling like I?d had a workout but also surprisingly chilled out!?
