Hotel Jasneel Mulund West Mumbai

Stayed in this hotel for some days. The service was very good as they gave the rooms very clean. But the staffs were little rude and were not cooperative. The fees for a spacious room was RS 1800 and for small room it was RS 1600. Both were Non AC. The bookings and the process was Quick. Its a good service from them.

the same guy who confirmed our booking yesterday told us NO ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE !!! I was furious I asked him to check the register that we came here yesterday and u only told me that booking is confirmed And he arrogantly replied your check in time was 12 o? Clock and now its 1:50 I tried to control my anger and said u mean.. nobody even bothered to call and inform before giving my room to someone else ? And he said ?ITS NOT MY DUTY? Unprofessional, rude arrogant employees ? they behave like they r doing u a favor -5 rating for Quality of Service and behavior

Stayed in the Hotel Jasneel for 2 days.It's an AC room I had booked.The service from this hotel is good and they charge me Rs 1500 for the service.Overall the service from this hotel is good and I am satisfied with the service from this hotel.
