staff is not co-operative, we have booked AC room. room service is poor. no wi fi facility .

Stayed in this hotel for two days. They charged me Rs 900 for AC room and 600 for Non-AC room. Overall I paid Rs 1,500 as rental. Rooms in this hotel were clean and fully furnished.

My friend booked this hotel to stay for 2 days. He paid approximately Rs.1600 per day as room rent. They provided very comfortable room which was well maintained. He is satisfied with the stay.<br/>

this is truly a remarkable hotel. a palace now run as a hotel. it has an madurai r pool, nice outdoor pool with spa, a train car restaurant. the place is huge and very impressive. our room was decorated for royalty, including a window seat to enjoy morning coffee. i just wish we had more time to spend at this luxurious..................:)
