good room, services, and place,daily need, near from mini market, transportation rent, laundry. About room, it's better for relax, with many option for watching local and international channel tv, but no AC in corridor room so hot in corridor. About tour, good price and guide for ask.

the staff were very efficient and friendly. the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh linen supplied.

The hotel room has beautiful design on the ceiling. The room was much smaller than expected.

The standards were as expected from any ginger property. But the only downside was that it was very crowded (early June) when I visited. It was the end of the holiday season and onset of monsoon, hence the crowd. The check in/check out process and the breakfast, lunch, dinner were time consuming.

Excellent place to stay i went to kolkata and stayed at Neeranand for 5 days its fabulous . Good rooms good food amazing . staff are very good. I prescribe to all.
