We offer exciting Martial Arts, Yoga and Aerobics classes for children, teens & adults. We assist parents in ensuring their childs growth & success not only in sports, but in all aspects of life. We help adults attain and maintain peak physical condition while learning to defend themselves. We also offer a FREE once-a-month program of Womens Self Defense. These sessions are designed to introduce teenage and adult women to a variety of strategies to help defend against assault. Class activities and discussions are designed to help women identify their risks and explore the options available for dealing with the threat of physical violence.
