Please do not do an AMC with them. The guy Sandeep is very rude. You will have to call them multiple times but they will not come for AMC for months. I paid Rs. 4500 in advance and where they were supposed to change the filter every 6 months but they did not turn up for 9 months, till I had a big fight with them. They do not send anyone when the servicing is due, you have to chase them. Also please beware that they will send someone without the filter candle after three months saying they have come for servicing and then wont turn up when the filter candle has to be changed saying they just serviced the water purifier three months back.

It is such a pleasure to work with them. It was a water Cartridge repair, I contacted this centre. They did the excellent service. There was an immediate response. I paid a reasonable amount for this service. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a water purifier service and repair.
