Very good and Genuine service. Approached this Infologic Computer Solution, Vasundhara for my HP Laptop motherboard issue. The technician came to my place and he checked the motherboard, He intimates the issue and he rectified it, They have done the best work and I am satisfied with the services and execution of work was very nice, They charged me 1500 for the service. Overall, I am happy with the excellent service.

I have got a quick response from this Infologic Computer Solution, Vasundhara in Ghaziabad they contacted me after I registered the complaint in Sulekha for my Asus brand laptop's motherboard issue. After the phone conversation I have taken the laptop to a service center on the same day. They have diagnosed the unit and he confirmed the motherboard was got faulty that part has to be needed to replace and they given the quotation as Rs.18, 000 for the new mother board with same configuration. I am not planing for repair that unit. Overall The best response I have got from this service center.

I have contact for my desktop display issue service the technician came from this Infologic Computer Solution, Vasundhara from Ghaziabad for inspecting the unit and later they have done some work on my computer and after that issue was resolved, they have charged Rs.500 from me for the service and next day same issues I have faced I called them for intimating about the issue they informed me some Technics for rectified the issue through the call. Like I have opened the CPU and cleaned the RAM after I fixed that in the same place. Again, same issue they were showing on my PC. After this conversation still they are not turned up to my home for resolving the issue. I am not satisfied with his service.
