It is a fake service center. They told that it is a LG authorized service center/dealer ship but they are not authorized and they charged with overlimit .please avoid to contact with this kind of fake and fool making shop. I am going to lodge one FIR against this shop for cheatting.

I took service from this service center for washing machine general servicing and one person came and effectively complete teh work .i'm very much impressed

This is FRAUD. Please NEVER GO here. These people ABUSE the customers after taking money from us. I called them up to fix the broken glass of my microwave on 27th June, 2015. A guy called RAIMAT came immediately after calling, took 350rs from us and promised us he will repair it by 6 days. He did not contact us at all after that. So, I called him again on 6th july, 2015. He said they CAN'T REPAIR IT and bluntly said MONEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN BACK. I called the manager of this store Mr. SALEEM. He said "we will do it if you give us one week more and till then I will give a temporary glass tomorrow." He did not call up the next day, so I called him, he again said "tomorrow". Finally I called him on 8th July, 2015 and asked for a refund. Mr. Saleem began ABUSING me. He said, "Don't behave as if you gave 1000s of rupees to me, you have just given 350." Since our Videocon double door refrigerator is not working so have contacted this vendor and they detected that the problem is with the sensor. They charged me Rs.2200 totally for resolving that. After some days again same problem and they are not responding. It was very bad experience with this vendor and I won't recommend this.
