Ishavaasyam Centre of Vedic Excellence is a Bangalore-based centre that is dedicated to teaching Vedam and its aspects to interested students in a traditional Gurukul Parampara, where the Guru and Shishya sit next to each other and learn from one other. ISHAVAASYAM - Taken from Ishavasya Upanishad "Isha Vaasyam Idam Sarvam" meaning "Lord resides everywhere and in everything." Vedic traditions have been carefully handed over from generation to generation. They are dying and not resonating with the new age or millennial generation. This needs a strong revival of our age-old traditions and makes them relevant in the day to day affairs of the youth. That is what we strive at IshaVaasyam, and we are focused on ensuring that the valuable time-tested Vedic knowledge is handed down the generations for them to SEE, INCULCATE, TRANSFORM and LIVE the principles enshrined in the Vedas. By all means, this is not an easy effort in this age of noise and dynamic distractions. We aim to make the Vedic principles of living fashionable to the youth and relevant in their day to day lives to make their lives, individual journeys rich, meaningful and well rounded.
