Fruad , took my laptop for repairing and on next day they said they lost it in train, for that they gave me the older laptop with lower specs and took 4k ruppes from me now that laptop is also stop working and they are not responding to my calls and messages. Zakir and Sudir running a fraud business dont even have a manner how to talk to someone.

My Acer Laptop was not working completely. I have contacted IT Services Goregaon West, Mumbai. A technician came and took away my laptop for repairing on 15th Aug. When I contacted about my laptop they said they have lost my laptop on a train. Now, they are providing me a second-hand laptop which is in worse condition along with they asked to pay Rs.4000. Already I lost my all data with my laptop because of that negligence. Irresponsible work I receive from them, worst service.
