*WORST EVER INTERNET BROADBAND* I m facing this problem since past 2 months . It was my mistake to buy there 1 year package. Their internet connection goes of daily for atleast 7-8 hours at a stretch while their customer support does not answer most of the times. It disturbs us and our daily work routine .. Also sometimes they give foolish reasons like multiple fibre cuts. What worse service are a providing if u cannot even manage with small clients ..

very good service at my office we take leased line service from Jet Netcom Enterprise service 100 Mb leased line, Mr. Aftab Alam Sr. manager Also very helpful guys. he will committed 2 days daliver the link and and also fulfill committed. Thank to Aftab ji.

Pathetic broadband providers,No customer support. Please don't ever think of taking broadband from them especially Mr Jainim. They promise uninterrupted service which I have not got yet from the day we have installed the broadband. Customer care never picks up the call. they don't even a understanding of calling a customer when they feel the complaint is resolved. PLEASE DON'T EVER THINK OF TAKING INTERNET IF YOU WANT TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS
