Excellent service. The executive on call is very polite and respectful. The repair persons are highly qualified and have strong technical knowledge. Even during such difficult times of covid they are serving their best.

We have purchased 3 weight machine from JMD Euro when we purchase his executive said we have excellent maintenance & repair service if you have any problem in weight machine our executive will be there within 24 hour, we called to customer support number 9310005874 which mention on weight machine they said will send our executive shortly, no one came, again called to same number same thing said sms your address will send our executive again we sent sms this thing happened from last 20 Days we called on Friday he said we are in meeting (Customer care number said) plz call me after some time… again we called on Saturday 21-05-2016 he said sorry sir plz sms your address will definitely send our executive for repair Monday positively before lunch we called after lunch on Monday 23-05-2016 they said will check and revert you asap again we called evening at 7 PM they said our office timing is 10 AM to 6 PM so call tomorrow and put the phone.<br/><br/>ATTENTION, NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL : DO NOT PUR
