Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Worst service provider. Every month I complain & argue with the representatives but they never co-operate to resolve the issue. My WiFi is currently down from 25 June 2024 today is 29 June. I call four to five times a day to tell them that my service number is not working. They only give one answer. I am sending someone. Someone is coming. I am sending him. And now the 30th is already over. No one has come yet.I have never seen such bad service anywhere. Even in government offices, such bad service!

Pathetic service from jpr,they dont give proper reply to the customer,and they never solve the problem at one time complaint,we have to complaint again anad again,then also we will not get a proper response.
