Let me share my real experience with these guys. If i have to say in 1 word, their service was awesome but there are certain things which i should not miss to mention. Firstly the guy I spoke with when sulekha offered list of service technicians was very friendly, informative, patient. He said we will send you our engineer. He will complete the job. He will not accept cash so you have to pay through paytm or some other online mode. Exactly like he said I paid through paytm. when this engineer went, suddenly i receive bank account number and paytm account mobile number from this technician asked me to send money for the service. I told him I gave money to the.engineer through paytm like you said. suddenly the technician got irritated and said why did you give the hand over the money to engineer,You should not have given Now how will I get that money from engineer that these and all. Fact is technician is a dealer will not know who will come and work at our place. As a customer we are not supposed to pay engineers directly... But I got this news only after everything happened. so Beware guys. keep ur money safe. nevertheless their service was super gud. no doubt abt that
