On first ever interaction with the agency, I can say very very poor service. Rampant extortion of money under the nose of the owner/proprietor.Demanding money for even issing consumer book. making a bill of Rs 1768 and demanding/keeping Rs 1800. Overall most uncourteous and arrogant people at counter.<br/>Above all, took money but papaers not delivered till date. Used/old regulator supplied as I have come on transfer and went for issuing the transfered gas. Till date refill not supplied.<br/>Overall, the worst agency I have ever encountered since getting transferred across India. Nowhere ever I have experiences such a high handedness. There is no body including owner ready to hear the grievance. Candidly sorry.
