Ihide requested requested for kit change on 26.04.2017de no 170427-05133. Inspite of various mail to service /online complaint no action has been taken. This is very poor quality of service and no accountability and no one bothered to find out what happenned to above complaint no. Earlier I had Purit form Hindustan lever and had a excellant service. I am having all emails sent to kent and will publish in face book if no action taken immediately
