Service is not upto the mark. I have bought one 1.5 ton 5star Voltas AC from them. Though they have tried hard to push sell the Llyod Ac, I sticked to Voltas. After that, the response from that particular sales girl (Archita) have become very rude every time we querried about. There was abnormal delay in delivery and installation of the ac. (They have assured the product delivery within 3 days, but actually delivered on 5th day after purchase).Though initially it was promised that AC installation will be done on the same day of delivery, they don?t. I also bought a Geyser with Ac which was also getting delayed in delivery and installation. Their other phone nos of shop also not working. The moment you have done the payment(I have done full payment, thats my big mistake), you will have to run to them for delivery and installation as if they are mercying you. So beware, don?t purchase from them and that also full advance payment, as their after sales service is very bad.
