My Experience with Khosla Electronics Madhyamgram is very bad. One of their staff Sourav +91 98747 93670 is making fool to everyone. when we went there to buy a refrigerator(308 lit LG Company) He told us that the original GST bill will be given to me on the delivery day. Now They delivered me the refrigerator on 2nd June and giving me the bill of current date 9th June which is not acceptable by the LG company. They also told that if you face any issue with the product just call us we will solve the issue. Now in my refrigerator has dent issue and I told them the same on the installation day itself and they are telling they can't do anything. Neither they are helping me nor they are giving me the bill on my purchase date so that I am not able to claim replacement from LG company. Every day they are telling us that we are arranging the bill but they are not doing anything. They don't care in service they just want to sell the product. I will register a case against the manager of mgm.

Purchase a Window Ac for my residential purpose from this Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Sodepur, Kolkata, they are very customer Oriental sellers and the way of approaching also good to customers, the cost of that Ac was reasonable amount when compared to other dealers, Overall I paid 24000 for that Ac with Installation. totally I am happy with this dealers.

As I was searching Home Electronics & Appliances Dealers to purchase Air Cooler in Kolkata.Finally got the service through the Khosla Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Sodepur, Kolkata.They have charged 5800 on an installment basis, It is working well.Their service is good and I am satisfied with the service provider.
