Kiddie clouds Palarivarattom Edapally Bypass Cochin

I?m writing this as I have never been treated like this by anyone. I trusted this daycare to be a safe place for my son. But yesterday I had a very poor experience from the owner. My son was locked alone in the room when I went to pick him up. He was crying as he is only 2 years old and frightened of being alone in a room. The owner(Teacher- Shaly) was outside talking with other people when I came to pick him up. When I questioned the owner(Teacher- Shaly), she was least interested and not at all being responsible for this. I had to talk to them rudely and I trusted them from the positive reviews that I saw online and also, they won?t provide the food which is mentioned in the daily menu which they brag about when you go for admission. But it was the attitude of the owner and their careless behavior that made me talk to them rudely. I will never recommend this place to any other parent. This place cannot be trusted.the person who gave review, Ms. Reshma she is the daughther of Ms. Shally. This shows that the positive reviews are fake.
