I recently purchased a washing machine of Godrej company from this store. The technician from Godrej when he came for demo he mentioned that the product isnt working. It was a damaged display machine which had been sold to us. When contacted the store for refund they were relectuant to admit that they sold the display machine. The owner was rude and he mentioned to file a case when asked for refund. Beware while buying from this store. Also the product number which was mentioned in the invoice the product number on the product was not matching at all. Whenever you take deleivery please make sure they match. Idk what these Kohinoor people do. However the staff there Avinash was very polite and matured in dealing with customer. The sales executive who sold the product to us was not even aware of brands they sell.

Purchased New Brand Split AC for home from the Kohinoor Electronics Showroom Dombivali East, Mumbai. They charged me the nominal, competitive price. Their response and support to a customer are very beneficial. I am happy and satisfied with their services and products.

The response from the team is very worst

Acquired a Blue star brand AC from this vendor for home purpose. The cost was Rs.27,000 and the installation was done well and I paid Rs.1250 for the same. Their service was great and I am really happy with it.

I have purchased an AC form kohinoor 7 days ago but still the company servicemen hasnt come to install the AC..I have called servicemen 4 times but he replies in manner as if I am the one who is asking for some favor..& In this Kohinoor I am very very disappointed ..if any RESPONSIBLE person in KOHINOOR saw my review plz..call me 9167554481..coz..STILL MY AC IS NOT INSTALLED....
