Need to book tickets to travel from Mumbai To another location,then I approached this Krishna Travel Services to book bus tickets.They made me a comfortable journey with good experience. Ticket fare was some nominal amount. Journey was in a very safe manner..i am satisfied by their service

Hired mini bus for my family for a local tour. The travel service was quick and accurate and they pick up us at the right time and we reached our destination early without any tension. The charges are normal.

Irresponsible Booking Staff,never rely on them regarding their information with respect to time and Ticket availability. I had suffered consecutively 3 times. For 2 times they hadn't confirmed whether booked passenger Boarded in the Bus or not and run Bus even there were 15 minutes left for departure as per time mentioned in Purchased Ticket.<br/> In spite of the previous dissatisfaction, today i am in urgent requirement of ticket, so i called and ask them whether there is availability of seats or not. On phone I had given him confirmation for journey details and Rate of the same and same is accepted by them.<br/> On the basis of above confirmation, I went to SKTS Thane Office and asked for Ticket to Sabla(Rajsthan) which i had confirmed on phone.But they had sold the same ticket for higher amount and shamefully booking staff had told me " Utane Kam rate mein seat nahi ho raha tha, dusare ko de diya". <br/> In my opinion, "harassing Passanger is the Prime Motto SKTS, Thane Branch"
