Charmed by her eloquence, my mother foolishly parted with Rs 31,000 towards a caregiver. We were promised up to 3 replacements would be available should we not like the first helper that was dispatched. In short, this service is a fraud and they won't return your call after taking the money. We got answers ranging from "We're sending someone this evening" to "Who are you and why are you calling us?" Please don't get fooled by this service. Simply put, it is a fraud and you will be cheated in the end.
