Contacted this service center for my laptop repair & services, Got the good response from them and provided the service without any delay for this service I paid 1000, anyway I'm really satisfied with their service

My Lenovo Lap top was not working due to some speaker issue. A technician came to this service center and check my laptop and rectify the issues and changed the speaker parts and also done the general service and they charged me the nominal rate for that. The response was good and the work of the technician was perfect. I am satisfied with the service

Availed this computer AMC and repair service from this center. Their service was cooperative and convenient and there was some issue in the charger of the laptop with the rectified neatly. The charges are nominal. Worthy service met here.

Jayal Desai I purshased Vibe X2 on march 4 th march2015 and till date i have given my phone for repairing for 6t times to their service center and still it isnot working. I have demanded for free replacement but that is also not given to me . I am filing a complaint against Lenovo in consumer court . They are highly un professional and ruthless towards their customer. Even thier top management is third class they are not even bothered to reply to my mails. I had send them min 150mails but never got reply. Last time when submittted my phone for network problem they kept the phone for 6 days and returned to me saying there was dust in phone. But after i recieved phone it still not working to get netwrok i have to switch off the phone min 50 times. I ahve to their person Mr Amit Prasad who is working santacruz office even he has not pick up the phone nor he has given reply to my mails.All people workiing in lenovo are shameless,useless higly unprofessional.
