Mach1 Broadband Thane West Mumbai

Mach1 broad band is not good service provider, frequently dropping min 1/2 times in day, not getting speed as per plan, poor service , tickets are closed without problems resolutions. Pathetic experience. I would recommend to not buy Mach1. Rajendra-9987350790

Pathetic customer service and internet service provider in 2020 their service has crashed. Took taking 25mbps unlimited line from them to run office they has every other day an outage situation every 3 days their Switch in the Kharghar area goes down whether its rainy season or not. I have lost crucial delivery time to my clients becoz of these incompetent people. In the name of customer service only 1 mobile number is given and when you call its continously on IVR they have no email address to report issues and they have this WhatsApp thing where you can raise a ticket its totally useless. Only made for show no real resolution ! Mach1 is no longer a good service provider very very poor service ! I shall soon shift to other service provider so I dont loose business!

Kindly check with this service provider do they have service all over India as they have mentioned in their website. As I am doing a follow up from past 23 days till now no one has called me and they have so service in many areas now thay have also denied to give my refund. They took one month to provide the service now the customer service is also very poor thay just keep saying send us email. Cust ID 917977799715.

The internet connection goes off like 4times in a week... One day they give a reason that there is some problem in the wiring and will be resolved in few hours... The next time they cross heights os giving stupid excuses. They say that the whole city power supply is gone Nd so there is an issue. While I live in the same area as their office is and it happens to be the Thane city and not some village where power breakages are a normal thing. This is the worst Wi-Fi provider one can ever have. I'm stuck now since I just made a one year payment in advance .

Availed internet connection from this provider. Their service is fine and they made free installation and delivery of the connection. Have opted for monthly plan is 450 with normal speed. Delighted to obtain service here.
