The take advance and broker chargers. The demand money every 1st of the month but fail to pay their employees on time. Due to this the employee either absconds from work or they demand money from where they work. This is a huge inconvinience for people hiring from them.

Terrible service. They are complete frauds. They never paid the maid even though we paid them the charges. They never picked up the calls either and didn't have the courtesy to call us back. They are not trustworthy at all. We gave them a second chance and we suffered for it. Their promises are false. Do not use their services.

Hi, I had taken Raghavendra's service to get a patient care service for my father who was injured in an accident. This was May 2017. I had paid 15K for initial contract and another 15K as advance amount which would be given as last month salary to the maid and remaining amount returned back on completion of the contract. I discontinued their service in Feb 2018 but I haven't yet received the advance amount. I got to know from the maid that she also did not get paid for the last month's work. This is not the first case where-in they have not paid the maids. The earlier maid had to leave their company because they did not pay her on time. When I call them, they either don't call back or if they do answer, they give some or the other reason to not give money back. I just finished a call with his wife (Renuka) and I am sorry to say that I haven't spoken to anyone as rude as this lady. Take my advice and stay out of reach from these ppl. They r cheats and cannot be trusted.

gency is run by Raghavendra and Renuka. I hired them this year (early April 2018) based on the ratings here on Sulekha. When they met us for the first time, they were very courteous and promised great service and back up (in case the maid took leave) etc. I paid them Rs.11,000 (Rs.6000 registration and Rs.5000 as advance to be refunded when the contract ended). I needed the service as my father was diagnosed with cancer. However, this turned into the worst nightmare for us. These people are outright cheats and irresponsible. They are nice to you only until they get the contract. Once you sign up, they dont respond, they do not deliver what they promised and send you maids who are inexperienced, have personal issues at home and are rude. The most shocking part was that she sent us a pregnant maid who was forced by them to work !!!. They collect monnthly salary but do not pay the maid. Finally you end up facing issues with the maid. They have not yet refunded my money. FRAUD AGENCY !

Hi, I am suresh here I am glad to tell you that I am taken a service for patient care to my mother from madhava helpline services since from one year back, now I am continuing the service because I am very much happy to tell you that this agency are good to communicate and there well behaved persons, commitment people so I am suggest you people that don't bother about the ratings but first you get through the agency and agency people then you people decide.
